Return Process

  Log into your Bhasin Brothers account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags intact and include a copy of your invoice to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
